It was a big step for him and he did really well.  04.02.2012: Fantastic night for Club GK at the 2011 Evening Telegraph Sports Awards. Another final appearance for myself and one of our pupils. This time we manage to amazingly win COACH OF THE YEAR, and 7yr old Dominic wins JUNIOR FOOTBALLER OF THE YEAR, our first of i hope many to do this. Speechless!

Evening Telegraph Sports Awards, in the categories of Coach of the Year and
Junior footballer of the Year. This is the second year running myself and one
of our members have got there, and hopefully demonstrates our continued efforts to
improve our standards while enjoying our training are working. A huge thank you to

Bobby wins players player of the year for the U8`s and Kai wins most improved player for the U9`s. (Well done) 
 23.05.2010: Ben pictured holding the winning trophy in the recent Chestnut Avenue football tournament. He was very well protected throughout, but it was still great for him not to concede a goal all tournament.  16.05.2010: Some really exciting news for our group, as Dylan is accepted into the Arsenal Academy, becoming their U8 Academy keeper. Huge congratulations in order for a fantastic effort from Dylan. His very mature attitude to coaching, excellent listening skills, along with a great work rate have really paid off. This has been backed up by wonderful support and encouragement from his family, who have been key players in getting Dylan where he is. (Well done)

For all your goalkeeping gloves and products click below. 21.03.2010: Dylan who has recently become the teams buddy, now also takes on the role of our club captain. 07.02.2010: Dylan pictured before setting off to his trial with Arsenal FC. He thought he was heading for a fun day out there, not knowing the real reason for his journey!
29.01.2010: Dylan is invited to a trial at Arsenal FC, travelling to London to attend it. He performed brilliantly on the night and has been asked to join them. Everyone is very proud of him here at Club GK, he really deserves it and his terrific effort and workrate in our sessions have been rewarded. Max wins man of the match for Thorpewood Rangers U8`s. (Well done)  Joseph wins his first man of the match award for Netherton U8`s. (Well done)  Daniel wins man of the match for Netherton U7`s. (Well done)  Callum and i, just like the old days again.  Meotham Colts keeper Ryan tops off a hard working session by winning GK War. 
Club GK travel to Dartford in Kent, to hold a group session with Callum and fellow keepers from his new club, Meopham Colts.  Alex wins GK War for the second week in a row.  Alex proudly holds his Players Player award for Gunthorpe Harriers U8`s, after his teamates nominated him to receive it. (Well done).
